中野区国際交流協会（ANIC）

Short-term exchange students from New Zealand visited Tōa Gakuen, participating in Tuesday morning and afternoon classes and Thursday children’s classes throughout January to study Japanese.

Two students came from Wellington College, a boys’ school in Wellington, and two from Sacred Heart College, a girls’ school in Lower Hutt, north of Wellington. On the final day, they gave speeches about their experiences :

‘I went to Harajuku and did loads of shopping,’ ‘I went to the Tokyo Skytree,’ and ‘The chicken from the convenience store was absolutely delicious.’
