“Hikawa Shrine Kamimachi Festival” Mikoshi Experience
On Sunday, 14th September, thanks to the Kamimachi Neighbourhood Association, we were given the opportunity to experience carrying the mikoshi.
Participants from ANIC included learners from Argentina, Spain, the UK, China, and Taiwan.
There were many moments of interaction between local residents and the learners. We parted ways saying, ‘Let’s meet again next year.’
