Tanabata Festival was held at Yayoi Japanese Language Class
On Wednesday 2nd July we attended “Tanabata Event” at Yayoi Ward Active Center.
Tanabata was explained in Easy Japanese. Then we wrote our wishes on Tanabata strips such as “May our families be healthy,” or “Let us do our best to learn Japanese” with all our hopes and we decorated the strips in the bamboo tree.
