Initial firefighting training at Yayoi Japanese Language School!
On Wednesday, 28th May, “Initial Firefighting Training” was held at the Yayoi Community Center with the cooperation of the Nakano Fire Station. 21 people participated.
The training involved using a fire extinguisher that emits air and can be used indoors.
After the training, using the “Disaster Prevention Handbook for Foreigners” published by the Tokyo Fire Station, the fireman explained about emergency phone calls, earthquakes, and fires in Easy Japanese.
We received various questions, such as, “Is there an expiration date for fire extinguishers?”
