Korean Cooking Workshop was Held

On Friday the 17th 0f November, a Korean home cooking class was held at the Saginomiya Community Activity Center.

We learnt from Ms. Kim, the instructor, how to make kimbap, daikon kimchi (kakgeki) and wakame and egg soup. Feedbacks from participants were

“I enjoyed learning the tips and tricks in a frank and humorous manner.” ” I will make them for my children’s packed lunch.”

We were told that the key point to make kimbap was to use roasted sesame seeds and thick sesame oil.
