The summer holiday children’s Japanese class was held from 22nd of July to 22nd of August. Originally 12 lessons in total were scheduled, but due to the spread of Covid infection, 3 lessons were cancelled from 25th of July to 29th of July, and 5 lessons from 1st of August to 10th of August were delivered on Zoom.
4 face to face regular lessons were held at Nakano Zero Hall.
Essay presentation “Yattane – Well done!” planned on the last day of the summer holiday children’s Japanese class was cancelled.
35 volunteers in total participated and 40 primary and secondary school children studied.
Although the class was held under the difficult circumstances, the children studied Japanese as much as they could. The volunteers tried their best to help the children learn correct Japanese speedily. Thanks to them.
